Job requirements:
1. HVAC related major, full-time college degree or above;
2. Working experience in real estate industry, design experience in large commercial complex is preferred;
3. Familiar with site construction specifications and operation procedures, strong sense of responsibility, hard work, strong coordination ability.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand real estate industry knowledge and relevant national regulations
2. Be responsible for contacting with the design unit, coordinating relevant drawing matters, and controlling the drawing time;
3. Optimize and modify the design results of each stage of the design unit, and control the project cost;
4. Responsible for daily contact and coordination with design units and related companies;
5. Review the design drawings to make them economical, reasonable and technically feasible;
6. Be familiar with the current specifications, regulations and relevant national regulations of the discipline; carefully read the drawings, be familiar with each construction link, fully understand the design intent, and participate in the joint review of the drawings; timely contact the Design Institute for the defects found in the drawings during the construction process, and control the design changes;
7. Coordinate with related professional companies and other departments of the company.
